Budget Living Magazine closes

Sadly, it seems that spending smart and living richly weren’t enough to keep Budget Living afloat. For those of us who seek to live the way we want to but have to live within the restrictions of our budget, this was a pretty cool magazine. A great premise in theory, it seems most consumers prefer to buy the mags that revel in living outside our means and on the things we wish we could have. What’s an imagination for, if not dreaming?

And isn’t that often what I find with LoftLust? Some fabulous products are within reach, and some very much aren’t, but don’t I want them all!

Really though, it wasn’t a bad mag - good product recs and some beneficial articles. Wanna read more about the end of Budget Living, or how about what Gawker’s been saying?
