Clever and very cool looking is this Recycled Newspaper Newspaper Bin at The Container Store. Made of hand woven newspaper over fiberboard this is a durable, eye-catching and attractive solution for storing your post-read dailies. A reuse well done! I checked these out in person and what you can’t see in the picture are a) the fine webbed thread the strips of paper are accompanied by on the surface of this piece creating a nice soft texture and finished look b) the variety of languages all over the bin and c) the varied glimpses of color among the more obvious black text on newsprint. A great example of what those stacks of papers you’ve set aside for recycling could become, and a savvy purgatory for them to rest in until their newest reincarnation. A modern solution with a sophisticated finish for sure!
