It’s a Vase, It’s a Sculpture!
These new Meridian vases from Chiasso are awesome. Their bold geometric design can really make a statement in a room. They’re 16″ or 18″ high, depending on which you choose and they also come in black.
Now, they can’t hold water, so I’m thinking some bamboo reeds, which can be found several sizes and colors, or some wavy wood sticks would look great in one of these vases, add height and an organic contrast.
Another option would be to MacGyver (yes, MacGyver is a verb) a solution that’s well hidden but holds water in the vase so you can display fresh bamboo - love that green! or fresh flowers - gerber daisies would look killer!
You know those geometric shelves that are another really cool way to add right-angular, kinda cubic dramatic design to a space? Many of us when we buy new shelving, have trouble filling them up in a way that looks less like clutter and more like a specific intent or aestheic was considered. I suggest using one of these vases in that vacant space on the shelf. It’ll create a bold focal point and distract from the stuff that may not be so interesting to look at.
It’d look sweet on that Flipper Screen too. hmmm.
